I doubt it. I think all accounts are locked and put away and not being bothered with untill the ban timer runs out.

already started all over and made another account 11 lvl 100 and farming raids so bliz can sue me if they want or keep my band accounts they are usless now not going to renew sub on them as they well monitor them and ban me again wast of money

I took "just" in the wrong context. I assumed you meant "just" as in someone you know or heard of has miraculously Been able to log in again as of yesterday.
