Anyone else feel that legendaries aren't as random as we think?

After buying demon buddy and botting both act 1 and act 2 for a week separately I've notice the legendaries I get from each act are roughly tied to the act itself. Very small sample size I know. It just seems like in act2 I get the same legendaries over and over and in act 1 I get a separate set of legendaries over and over.

The drop rates for high-end items (items level 61-63) have been increased for Acts III and IV of Hell difficulty and Acts I ? IV of Inferno difficulty:
The new approximate drop rates are as follows:
Hell ? Act III and Act IV
iLvl 61: 13.9%, up from 9%
iLvl 62: 3.45%, up from 1.9%
iLvl 63: 0% (no change)
Inferno ? Act I
iLvl 61: 23.9%, up from 17.7%
iLvl 62: 12.6%, up from 7.9%
iLvl 63: 4.8%, up from 2.0%
Inferno ? Act II
iLvl 61: 23.3%, up from 18.6%
iLvl 62: 18.6%, up from 12.4%
iLvl 63: 9.3%, up from 4.1%
Inferno ? Act III and Act IV
iLvl 61: 27.1%, up from 24.1%
iLvl 62: 21.7%, up from 16.1%
iLvl 63: 16.3%, up from 8.0%

Didn't the introduction of MP completely change everything? MP1+ everything has the same drop chance yea?

In Inferno at Monster Power 1 or greater, monsters in every Act will also be bumped up to level 63 and share the same high-end item drop rates.

Somebody with the math please tell me the odds against this. I did 10 keyruns with a monk on mp8 and got 4 keys. I then did the same 10 keyruns with a barb on mp4 and got 8 keys. All the runs were done manually with 5 nv before killing kw. I realize this is small sample size but I did make the prediction this would happen because it seemed to be a pattern. Are all drops, legs, keys, plans etc., rigged toward barbs or am I wearing tinfoil hat?

that seems just unlucky :P

I will stick to the Tinfoil hat theory.
 
It has never been totally random. Patterns do emerge, but it is hard to see with less than (say) 10 or more bots. Very often the same items drop across different chars. I've always known it isn't as random as blizzard claims.
