Anyone able to get skip cut scene to work?

Tried this: <SkipCutscene questId="112948" stepId="15" />
And this: <SkipCutscene questId="112948" />

Neither will work, do i have something wrong here? it's like the bot is not even detecting a cut scene as it goes straight to the next part in the profile?

I`ve tried it in a While Tag, sometimes he skipped the Scene but most runs he didnt...
