Any way to prioritize death breath pick-up?

Often times, my bot will kill elite (elite drops death breath, DB), then keep fighting and moving, and finally cleared the mob, the DB dropped is out of range so the bot move on. Any solution to force picking up DB like picking up legendaries?

We are aware of these problems and are currently working with nesox to fix them. Since it's not only up to me and xzjv I can't give you an ETA, but it should get fixed sometime soon. So I ask that you bear with us for a few more days here until we can get this sorted out.
