Any way to force blizzard to give reasons for ban?

I don't want to believe you can be this dumb.

You know why you got banned. I'm sorry you're so pathetic that you have to dwell on your lost account - No matter what you do, you're not getting it back.

Quit being stupid. You're on a botting forum. You, more than likely, got banned for botting.

you missed the point of the thread, try reading it next time.

You fail to understand somethings are protected as trade secrets. How they detect us if made public we then circumvent the detection, making it pointless. You got caught speeding take your licks and move on.

Yes, but you have to understand that when a customer pays for a product, even if they agree to some TOS, you can't just do what you want. If there are no checks and balances then what is to stop people from selling vaporware and hiding behind some TOS that indemnifies them.

Yes, clearly anyone on these forums can be infered to be guilty of botting, but then again, maybe not. Maybe they found this site after having been banned (despite being innocent) and were doing searches on the best way to get unbanned.

In any case, we don't know. In the meantime, Blizzard is Judge, Jury and executioner.

True. Good word use, BTW. Indemnify: Secure (someone) against legal responsibility for their actions.

Consumer protection agencies (like the BBB) protect consumers to some extent against unethical company practices (like selling vaporware, as you suggested.) Although ultimately a company may be held liable for behaving unethically if someone takes them to court, there are often few protections for the consumer, hence the phrase "buyer beware."

The D3 ToS states your account can be banned for any reason, or for no reason. If you don't agree with those terms, you do not have to play the game. If you do decide to play the game and thus agree to the ToS, you trust that Blizzard will only ban your account if they have a justifiable reason to do so.

Here is a different question: did you cheat? Be honest, now. Would you ban Blizzard if roles were reversed (they were the player, you were the maker of D3) and they cheated?
