Any Vanity/Gimmick item profiles?

any profiles for the gimmick and vanity items out there? such as;

Burgy Blackheart's Handsome Hat - Item - World of Warcraft
Super Simian Sphere - Item - World of Warcraft

That sphere seems to be able to drop off any northrend npc so farming it would be a little tough.

Some vanity profiles that are here are transmog grind profiles...such as the glorious plate farm profile.

Got the super simian sphere in Icecrown through grind profiles on a bunch of toons.
