I already saw the thread posted 2 hours ago addressing the issue. But I was wondering if there is any update about the progress? Server downtime usually dosen't last this long does it?

Was wondering the same, couple of hours down is decent for a paid service/app. Not complaining, just wondering is all.

it must be ddos or server crash i think. and isn't it 4 or 5 o'clock in germeny? so administrators may not even recognise this happen

Right thats true. But someone acknowledged the problem already so I know someone is here. I am not whining. I am just curious because a server going down usually would be like a couple minutes unless ddos.

just setup several auth server in US/ASIA, if one server don't work just check the others. this will solve this issue

Servers cost money though, not sure on the amount of hits their server takes, but it must be alot.
