Hmm I don't think there is a "special" profile for that.
What I'm currently doing:
Pull myself (or ask a friend) with SimpleFollow to push the alt to 30-40 (20-30min) and then start "Wortham Merchant" Script on T6.

How do you gear him once he dings 70 then? He'd have no toughness or DPS, you wouldn't be able to do anything.
I only ask because I was going to do that myself, but again, he'd have no gear

do 4-5 rift runs on main and then use those shards to gear up your new characater

I just crafted some lvl 70 gear np's. Then started to bot core and legeroad
