Any other mods provide support besides Tony?

The more and more I read his responses the more and more I realize how little help he is to anyone.

Believe me I understand the stupidity/laziness of users but he doesn't do much except say to post logs, even after that nothing is done. I really don't understand it, I've never seen this bad of support for a bot people paid money for - infact I see better support from programs that cost no money.

I guess this is what happens when no competition exists. Very unfortunate.

The funny thing is people who also want to help out can't because no issues ever get resolved, nothing we can do about them. I remember botting in the D2 days and I would often be as helpful as I can to new users, because it was possible.

In this case the bot is so buggy we can't help provide support. (or at least we are very limited)

No offence but for the short time i have been here i have seen him close quite some useless threads.

I think it's supposed to be a bit of both, but we get one the moderating part.

He does't support anything, it works like this:
You: I have a bug bla bla bla
Tony: Ok post a log
You: *Posts Log* this has been going on for a while
Tony: Reopen DB and Diablo 3
