at the moment it seems to be impossible to get D3 under ~35? EU
there are some private sellers around with 20 to 30 ?, but high risk of getting scammed
I traded 2 keys from a user here, and everything went fine.

Other forums like elitepvpers - play less, get more also trade D3-accounts, but on epvpers it's like 1000 scammer are only waiting for you to make troubles.
