I don't know how easy that would be to split farm bounties with 4 characters, but you could probably modify SimpleFollow plugin and write a custom profile. The bots would have to be aware of what bounties are being done by the other bots so that they don't do the same ones, not an easy task mind you.

I don't know if anyone would really want to put the effort into doing a plugin for that since a lot of people only use 1-2 accounts.

I wouldn't do that if I were you, the last couple of bans seem to have folks that have *follower* plugin mod thingy on. I suppose they saw the same IP/possibly MAC address blah blah blah in the same game you get the idea.
