Any chance of releasing HB for northrend only, While we wait for a proper ?

Title pretty much says it all.
If nothing has changed in northrend i can't see why it would be a problem to use a northrend only version while we wait for proper release in its entirity. Northrend and Outlands actually havent changed.

No. They will possibly release the new version tomorrow. They are currently making all the meshes for the changed content.
 
i highly doubt it will be released tomorrow they need to put in the new nav system and redo questing etc etc etc a lot of work and btw people stop asking for a early release i highly doubt you want a buggy bot released...then again if they did release a buggy bot people would just QQ over its buggy so either way people will QQ just wait for a while and lets get a great bot out or hell do as i do get another ''backup'' bot if HB is down
 
Ive just been using GB, seems like alot of the people that bot havent bothered, just racking up tons of mats for cata release.
 
They said Weds as a test, Thursday full release if everything goes well.

No. They're making a full bot and will be releasing it on Thursday if all goes well on Wednesday when the Devs test it out. They've never released a partial bot. It's not that "things haven't changed in Northrend" but more so that WoW has changed completely. They have to revamp HB, and also navigation. At least, this is what I gathered from reading other posts. It's just a few more days so try and be patient. :)

Nope won't happen. I am random battlegrounds using pirox on a few accounts now, pirox is buggy though in BG's but its better than nothing atm, can't wait for HB to be back up. GB is working great though.
 
Whats change:

Navigation has had TONS of bugfixes. The entire world needs to be remeshed. - Almost done (should be done tonight. This usually takes ~3hrs per big continent)
Features that were 1/2 implemented have either been ripped out temporarily, or finished. - Quite a few of these.
The entire continents of EK and Kalimdor have changed. NPCs, mobs, terrain, etc. We've had to do quite a bit of work to take that into account. Almost all profiles for those continents are now useless.

We had to add support for the quest/race specific stuff, which is quite a pain in the ass.

Unfortunately; we didn't see these changes coming. (At least, I never saw any changelog mentioning them being this bad)
 
the answer is no, anyone else who asks for a partial version release from here on out will get a mute.
