Any chance for a Detect Underwater, Resurface timer?

Couple questing profiles i've come across take your paths across some rivers/lakes/oceans where the bot will be submerged and be swimming around underwater, slowling eating away at its Breath meter only to die unless intervened via what else? Spacebar, aka jump. Any chance to get a detection for the breath bar and when it's almost out, have it spam Jump or Up, untill the bar is refilled? Say let bar burn until 10%, then spam Up untill 100%, repeat?

good idea i was using a profile once and it was so stupid it went underwater to fight mobs for items i had to stop the bot to keep it from dying
