Wowhead says that the best way to farm these are as following:
"1) Go to Wetlands (practically a ghostown these days)
2) Check out all spwan points for Sturdy Chest (I've added some in comments!) and Dark Iron Treasure Chest... if no one has found them in the last 18-24 hours there should be a total of 4 chests to loot (roughly a 24 hour respawn). Each chest will give you a random Blue world drop, sometimes 2(!). So if you do nothing else but farm these chests you get possibly 4 chances a day for desired blues to drop for 30 min of work...
3) As you are touring Wetlands for chests, pick off all the rare elites for additional greens/world drops that can sell well (most are on a 4 hour respawn timer):
Garneg Charskull *
Gnawbone
Leech Widow*
Ma'ruk Wyrmscale
Mirelow
Razormaw Matriarch*
Sludginn*
Gazz the Loch Hunter*
Sarltooth*
*Means they are typically always in the same place and fairly stationary, make a /tar macro for the rest
You can easily turn steps 2 & 3 into a circuit you follow daily (or every 4-6 hours just for the mobs).
4) Now for the grind... On the road into Twilight Highlands, there are three places on or just off the road where dragons and orcs fight, these fight points are just within a few yards of each other... Kill them, Kill them ALL! When they die they respawn almost instantly... but I think you have to move around to trigger this, you can't sit still or they won't respawn.
So just kill and loot. You will fill up on Wool, greens and blues drop with their usual low percentage, however since you can effectively kill hundreds (thousands?) an hour, you increase your chances of drops by sheer volume!"
Is it possible to make a profile following this pattern? Or is there at least any way to make a profile for point 4 (farm mobs), and then only have the bot loot certain items?
