Anti-CC plugin?

I was told that there is something that can make you immune to CC in PvP. Any thoughts on what that would be?

unless your talking about a plugin that auto casts a spell that breaks a CC.. then NO you will NOT find this on HB and discussions of this matter are not permitted on the forums
