ANTI-AFK, safe to use?

Has anyone ever been banned from using the built-in anti-afk with ArcheBuddy?

It's in the settings. By default, it's checked to notify the server when your character has been AFK for 5 minutes. You can uncheck it to never get booted from being afk. Is this safe?
