Since you didn't specify the timing, and there is a good chance you are just impatient. Once the Bossland front office issues a refund (and changes the state of the product in the Buddy Store), it can take several more days for the payment provider (Gate2Shop) to transfer the funds back to their original source.

If you feel sufficient time has elapsed to complete the process, you will need to contact the Bossland GmbH front office at [email protected], and ask them to look into the problem.

The forum staff do not have access to user account information, or the tools, to assist you with his problem. The front office does not monitor the forums. Your only recourse is to contact the front office at the address provided.
