[ANSWERED] Problem Accessing Buddystore

So, apparently my login information for the forums is different than the store?

In my email it says my username is TheBigMan, but when I put TheBigMan and my email into the password request page it tells me they are wrong. it says my forums password is also wrong, im not sure what to do.

The page loads just fine. (Thanks for the sceenshot, btw.) Looks like you've added an extra ')' at the end of the URI.

Can't imagine how that happened, since a working clickable link was provided in the previous post. Perhaps the acquisition of an extra paren is related to your login failures, also.

Still cant seem to login, i tried using the store in the bot and I still have to login to my account in which my credentials are invalid.

As stated in the article, you will need to contact the Bossland GmbH front office at [email protected], and work with them to restore your credentials. They will require proof of ownership.

The forum staff do not have access to the user account information, or the tools to assist you with this problem.

Please contact the Bossland 'front office'. (Also please note, the front office does not work the weekends.)
