How do I turn off the Auto Email Notification everytime I got a new reply to a thread that I've post?

Go to "Settings" - "General Settings" and search for "Default Thread Subscription Mode" (https://www.thebuddyforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions).
Change it to whatever you like!
