I was using the wrong code on HRELOG and now I cannot log in to HB at all. I am getting this



How long does this last for, or is it perm?

We believe that state is on a timeout. But, we're not certain how long that state will last. You might try going to the Authentication Portal, and see if there is a way to reset it:

If the problem doesn't clear after 30mins or so, you will probably need to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office', and explain the problem to them.
