For issues like this, you'll need to contact the
Bossland GmbH 'front office' and explain the problem to them. The forum staff does not have access to user account information, or the tools to assist in this matter.
The front office will need you to prove you are the owner of the keys by producting the TransactionId and the email address used to make the original purchase.
