[ANSWERED] accidentally refunded a product...

Hello, I hit refund by accident, but on the next screen I'm pretty sure I had hit cancel however it says I refunded the product. Is there any way I can undo the refund? Thanks!

You can try contacting the Bossland front office at [email protected], and see if there's anything they can do for you.

Due to all the well-tested protections and double-checks involved in the refund process, claiming an 'accident' is probably not going to fly. But, you can always try.

We're going to close this thread, since there's nothing the forum staff can do for you regarding this matter. Only the 'front office' can help you.
