I have no problem with this on my wizard, just my barb, trying to switch my barb over from VS to DB, and im ever so close to hitting over 350k gph, except that the stashing is a bit funky. Logs attached, has happened every single time hes been trying to stash. Tried with Protected Stash : None, First, Second+Third, Third.

I am running both at the moment, and my wizard has been running flawlessly for....... around 4 hrs.

I've restarted the bot's Demonbuddy several times, and it hasnt helped, so i've been cleaning out manually, hah! and as I type this my wizard diablo just crashed. Damn! unrelated though. Restarting him and will post back if the wiz misbehaves.

Alright Hawker I found out what the issue is:
My stash 1 was almost full of mats, there was 1 vertical line left on the right, that messed the bot up bad.
Even after I cleared it and stopped/started the bot it still happened, actually come to think of it even after i restarted demon buddy.
I then went and re-stashed the few yellows i had in there in the Auto placing through right click, not just anywhere.
I then restarted demonbuddy, and I just watched him stash and sell properly. Hope this helps you guys figure out why he does that.
EDIT: I also added the top left bag slot as protected, just the single square.
As I'm writing this im watching my wizzie stashing properly.

It's happening on my barb constantly again, stash not full. Nothing like that just stuck. Happens on wizard too. But less often.
Would it be exposure to let me know how the code for stashing works, logic employed for it? Better yet the code itself hehe, doubt that snippet would be shown. I personally just want to understand why this issue happens, what is the bot thinking that is in the stash that he cant fit in 2-3 gems, i had no yellows.
Please help!! This is seriously stopping afk botting, my pc just sits there wasting electricity, and ramping up depreciation

EDIT: Could it possibly be to do with STACKS of gems/mats getting to 100, and it cant add it to the next stack ?

Makes sense, its not necessarily lagging out, but, I am in Aus, 200-400ms, is there a leak that the VM (not sure what its called in .NET) just has used up too much of the memory allocated to it ?

Still happened over night caught my wizard stuck trying to stash for hours, similar kind of reason as before. Just happens less.
