he doesn't do anything except click on him to talk but nothing more >.>

then i had him do the proper thing and he jsut keep talking to the same person over and over now >.>

do you have high latency or something?

restarted it about 6 times.

no i had no latency problems :\

eventually i just had to manually do the 2 quests then it worked.
