hello Community,

i've made a clean installation of DIII
i've made a clean installation of DB 1.0.1106.281
i had no firewall.
i'm a web developer so i had every microsoft plugin/library/framework so don't worry (C++ .NET).

This is what the log said:

Code:
[22:26:21.303 N] Demonbuddy v1.0.1106.281 started
[22:26:22.770 N] Logging in...
[22:26:27.103 N] Attached to Diablo III with pid: 6000
[22:26:27.141 N] Flashing window
[22:26:27.515 N] Diablo III Exited, Demonbuddy terminating

Then Diablo III crash.

i hope you can help me please, i really want to start botting.

do you have any D3 3rd party tools/hacks/programs?

I am having the same problem...I first posted it in the main forum and Mod above me politely let me know by calling me an idiot and didn't bother to move it to the support forum (and docked me 9 rep points...OOOOOh NOOOOES!!) So sorry Tony for me being such an idiot/paying customer and all.

Anyway, I get the same error message as OP and the same D3 crash. I had just installed Windows 8 when it was doing it the 1st time, so I dual booted back into Windows 7 and used the same DB install I had (this is after I did a fresh install and everything) and it worked in Windows 7 like it always had. Fast Forward to now...

I am only running Windows 8 now with all the .NET and all (even ran the wizard to be sure) and it is happening....so in my case it seems to be a Windows 8 thing. I even tried to run DB in WinXP and Win 7 compatibility mode and it didn't crash instantly, but about 6 seconds later. I think I have tried just about everything.

And no I am not using any D3 3rd party tools/hacks/programs.

i've just installed a fresh original copy of DIII and then a fresh copy of DemonBuddy (latest), nothing else, don't know what a 3rd party tool means :)

DB does not support Win8 yet
we will support the final product/release

i could arge with you, because there are already computers with WIN8 from the factory, but im going to format my desktop, i REALLY want to bot
