Depends on what country your filling the taxes in some don't even require managing books.
But yeah everything you do on the internet doesn't go unnoticed and stuff like bitcoins and all those payment methods you cannot really spend so you'll have to pay tax.
Most likely you'll have to list it as virtual goods and well the proof of transaction which in this case is your paypal or western union payment.
I know in the netherlands tax isn't as easy as in alot of other countries but they should be able to take payment details as enough proof.
If you get for example a paypal payment or whatever then the company or person who sent the money is listed so you got prove who sent you the money which makes it much easier.
If you have to declare them in a category then just put it in virtual goods or something similar and explain what it is.

Awkward is when you don't file it and get arrested after ordering a 100k car for example anything expensive would prob be enough.
I agree with you that it would raise suspicions after buying a car with no income on your bank account, but in my country, there are atleast 2 millionaires, that don't pay taxes. Why? They earn their money through online betting websites, and my country has no law against that shit. If you earn your money in the internet you are safe, no need to pay taxes, and since the minimum wage on my country is 485€, if I get 10 bots, and make atleast 1 million gold per week per 10 accounts, I will be making 3 or 4 times the minimum wage on my country.
