...finally disable PvP Modes (Arena & BG's) ..these i never touch. Not with a Bot!

Keep those modes. User was warned before botting [Blizz EULA] and in the license of the bot itself that botting is at their own risk.

HB is more or less a dangerous tool, and like any dangerous tools, it should be used with care and supervision. We can speculate all day on this, and will eventually just wind up being told something about tin-foil hats, and some effect they are supposed to have upon donning them or the acquisition of one.

The analogy of the 'homeless' person to a blizzard employee, is also quite a long stretch. If you truly pick that an unemployed and dissociated vagrant has more intimate knowledge of internal company secrets than an employee of said company; as sounding more logical, then you also are likely to fail the Turing test on 'questions' even ENIAC got right.

This small bit of 'fact', is likely caused by remorse and empathy for WoW accounts lost over generations.

Just another cover up to say they are not detected. Will see another ban wave in a few months, Its the cat and mouse game and Blizzard is winning.

Bot was running on a 64bit Machine and was catched, so i will try a 32 bit Machine for myself now. I will run it separeted from my Game Machine. Blizzard said even XP ist enough to run WOW.

Before i forget. WOW on a Mac OS X ist running much faster by FPS on a more primitive Machine, than in Windows. So sad there ist no Buddy for the Mac. For Example on Macbook 7.1 (Geforce 380 /256Mb Vram) is about 100 Fps Average. On Geforce 780 2 GB Ram 100 Fps is a Dream normally.

someone is bound to burn you at the stake for saying this XD

Somebody must farm the Gold to buy those Tokens. And in the Moment the Gateway to Level 90 is about 20 Euro here.

We are hoping to do a new release and open auths in two days at worst.

Thank you for your understanding.

why not just hold it till tuseday to see if WoW is gonna release a patch or not, that way you can just get both thing out of the way.

Thanks for the honesty guys. Ish happens. It was a hard lesson for me to learn and lose a lot of gold but oh well its only gold and its only a 6 month ban. You made me re-think how i bot and what i do with the stuff i bot. I have already made strides to secure that my main bnet account won't get hit after they reopen my account and a month later do another banwave in 7 months most likely. Bot safe and bot smart i have learned a good lesson! Take your time with figuring this out and i look forward to coming back with an army of bots to get tokens and things i want in this game!

With 359 posts in this tread I've done my best to quickly browse for the answers I seek, but I have a serious concern about continuing with the use of HB on my current gaming system.

I don't feel safe botting on my gaming computer again.

Its been discussed in the past, Blizzard are able to identify our computer by unique means, basically each computer equates to a serial number of sorts. It would be silly of Blizzard if they didn't flag each of our uniquely identifiable computers for later review of botting activity. Its clear Blizzard have confidently been able to identify almost everyone using HB, as such, keeping a close eye on said computers would be a logical next step. With that in mind I don't see how we can safely bot on our computers without a considerably higher chance of being banned.

I'm not in a position to be able to go out and buy a new computer (or sufficient hardware), but, if I had $1500 spare I would do just that so I could feel safer (as safe as I was before this incident) about botting.

Long story short, I don't feel safe using HB on my main gaming computer without fear of being identified more easily by Blizzard.

Well... We know they know we are botting out there. If we have time to the next banwave, why not to just spoil the game? Since they dont delete the guild money, then we could add tons of bots to a guild and make them make more and more gold, and then add legit players and give them gold for free every day.
Actually, filling the servers with SO MUCH GOLD that everyone would be able to buy tokens, and mats would be ridiculously cheap and common.

Even if they ban those botting accounts, the wont ban the legit players, nor the money (a mixed amount of legit money and botted money). Till the time they do that, every road of every map would be paved with gold coins.

thoughts on botting using enyo and CR? that should be relatively safe? are we sure that its not detected?

Nothing is more safe than anything else. Let us wait for a developer to say something new about the update.

you do realize that your computer is made of different parts like mobo gpu cpu... there is no way how they could give your computer a unique ID and moreover they don't know if you are actually the owner
