Ancient Hysteria as Hunter

Im farming 5 man dungeons with my team and was wondering how i make the hunter use the corehounds bloodlust ability "ancient hysteria" on bosses? couldnt find any solution to this in the singular CR.

any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks

Which combat routine do you use? Entirely depends on that.
