An open letter to Dev crew

I would like to pose this to the Dev crew
Would it be better instead of releasing daily updates to the BoT ( sometimes twice daily ) to release weekly updates? This would allow those of who choose to play our chosen character using profiles a chance to actually use the BOT. I saw a comment from Apoc calling profile writers lazy,Insisting its their fault that the vast majority of those who choose to play using cc's are having to wait and wait and wait and wait .... Now i understand that many of you will say that farming works fine and questing works ok etc etc , but thats not MY point , i dont farm mats or honor and like to level manually so im not particularly interested in that part of the bot and to those who will no doubt tell me to go play manually I say go fkkin grind manually or STFU , we all choose to use the BOT in differnt ways , I dont tell you how to use it so dont tell me how to.The fact is that profile writers cant be arsed updating their profiles because you the Dev crew are continually releasing these daily updates that completely fkk up their work ,Im sure most of these guys work for a living and do the programming as a hobby so to log on every day to see three or four hours programming down the pan due to another update must be as frustrating for them as it is for us to switch on and find the feckin thing dosent work (again).
We are now four weeks into the expansion (or since the game mechanics where changed at any rate ) and we seem no nearer to having a stable programme that we can use in our chosen way so I ask can we limit the updates to weekly,and at least give us a chance to do what we have paid to do and that is USE the BOT .

I don?t really get your post? you want the bot devs to skip updating the bot every day? just so yo can use a profile a week before something go bad with it? and this is just for you? and you want others that does not have a working copy today to wait a week to play just so you can enjoy the bot a week? why don?t you just not pres no when the bot asks "Do you want to update" no YOU press yes then complains about it.

Then every week when you want to checkout the latest version, say yes.

If you had both taken the time to study the post properley it would negate the need for you to reply which such staggering contempt and stupidity. Even if we dont click update , the cc may change either later that day or the next day or maybe even two days later rendering the BOT unplayable again, its a paradigm that the post attempts to address not a request based on selfishness , nor is it a complaint, if you have nothing relevant to offer then as i suggest in the post STFU

Learn to program and make your own, that works. You're being rather mean to the Dev's and CC writers. The fact that they release multiple times a day shows their eagerness to get a working product out the door - they must be feeling the fire, with all of us complaining like this.

I don't mind multiple updates. I'm sure the community will continue holding their feet to the fire until HonorBuddy is as good as it used to be, and that's enough punishment for me - no need for me or you to pile on.

I se that stupidity is hight here yes, then just don?t update the CC DOH!!!

Also if you want someone to be able to read your text dont make it one blob text, but part the text up.

Also what is wrong with grind bot you say you grind one off the easiest thing to make profiles for, oh they moved where factions is entered a year ago and now they are forcing the profile makers to change this is that your problem?

The program auto updates itself, not that I wouldn't want to update since it only works with the version of WoW it was released for. You could try blocking access with a firewall, but logging in might be a problem at that point.

What bot autoupdates? as mine asks me every time if i want to update.

This is entirely false.
Honorbuddy will make no changes if you click no.
Not a single change.

@OP - As suggested, just wait until the end of the week and pull the latest version from the forums, install in a new folder, and test it out.
If you don't like it, then you still have all your old settings/CCs/HB.exe core.
Simple, efficient, done.
