An error during update process

I am the only user on the PC and I am the Admin, I have tried running the program in admin, does nothing... I have all permissions granted as far as I can see.

the Buddy Updater stops at the 2nd step and gives me the above error. I have tried restarting my PC as well, cant seem to find anything online to help sofar... all help is much appreciated. Thankyou.

dont use the updater.
download the latest version of honorbuddy from here.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy

after that do a CLEAN Install into a new folder, do not re-install to an previous installation and do not copy over any plugins, combat routines or quest behaviors into this new installation.
