AMD FX-8150 for 8 bots?

Would a FX-8150 run 8 bots?
PC would also have 16GB RAM and GTX 460 GPU.

i think the CPU has enough power too. even a last gen, 3.0ghz Athlon 2 x4 would have enough power. it all depends on your GPU and your ram supporting it.

My cousin is running a Phenom II x4 955 with 16GB RAM and GTX 460 GPU, but he can't handle anything above 6 bots.
I'm thinking of getting him the FX-8150 so he can run 8, but not sure if it's enough to handle it.

An FX-8150 system is less cost-efficient than an i7-3770k, both at stock speeds.

Intel. If you plan on running this long-term, AMD will cost you in the long-run twice the amount for electricity.
