Okay, so I just leveled both Herb+Mining on one of my newly made farmer(horde), aaand... I have a lvl 78 on that account(alliance).

I was wondering if it would be worth paying for a faction change on my 78 for JC+Inscription in the long run?

Depends on how much mats u farm in say a week. If u craft shitloads and farm shitloads it'll definately be worth it.
