Am i banned!?

Dear Pokefarmers.

I went from the message "Failed to get game data from the server", to "unable to authenticate. please try again" After i have sent an ban appeal 3-4 Weeks ago, i have tried the past 3 days to "try again" but it hasn't worked out, anyone has any solution. That it's just a new message that you'll recieve? If you're still banned? I can login to another account still, on my phone. But i cannot log into, my old main banned account still. My new account is at level 22, without even a soft ban or anything. But i would like to regain my old level 33 account, with high IV and CP pokemons ofc :-D

Anyone found a way, to work around the new message i got?? Or has an good example, that i can send to niantic. To get my account open again?

Believe it is just another message for a banned account, many are being unbanned for not botting, but using programs such as mass evolvers or IV checkers I think, they know whether you've botted or not.

You are banned...there is no returning...Make new account and bot safe and dont ignore bot's messages!!!

They wont unban any botting accounts, only people who used spoofers or iv checkers. Because some of those people really didnt know it violated TOS. But botters know fully what they are doing and niantic isnt dumb.
