Am I banned? I can't log in

I was able to play until 10 mins ago.
Now it said " Can't retrieve licence ....."

but when I went to Battle.net. There was no indication of banned in my account

Same here stud I don't think we're banned. My licesnse says its active and I didn't recieve a warning email or banned email (yet)

I remember one time I bought gold and got a warning e-mail from blizzard.

Nothing from Blizzard yet, I know their auth servers are taking a nose dive right now the general forum in d3 is in an uproar

is there really a ban wave? coz it seems that everyone can't log in at the moment.

There was a ban wave for USA roughly 10 hours ago, so i technically dodged it and now everyones having issues getting on.

I went on the general forums and people are saying that there was a massive bot ban wave today (but I had logged on and botted/played right after i got home from work about 4 hours ago, so I know I didn't get hit by the ban wave itself)


EDIT: BUt I'm not sure if I DID get caught and blizzard is just slowly rolling out bans instead of dropping all of the hammers at once
