Alpha 2: Tombstone - The All in one DK CC.
This is a Teaser for my up coming DeathKnight CC,

this release will work for new DK's just out of the starting area at level 58.

currently implemented Spec / Spells are
DeathGrip
PlagueStrike
DeathStrike
HeartStrike
DeathCoil
IcyTouch

keep in mind this is a teaser, but is working fine for me in frost at the moment and seems stable, resting is at 50%. i will not be supporting this release. this is mainly to show what im working on, and to get feedback on what everyone wants to see in a DK CC, currently i have plans for, PVE/PVP, along with Multi-Mob Tanking / Pulling. and enhanced Party Tank support.
below is the CC in a zip, like all my HB2 CC's remove everything from the customclass folder, unzip the file and copy the folder over. i have also included the current profile im using, working decent for horde. might work for alliance as well.

What you could add is something I wrote for a DK CC for another bot as an option the user can enable himself.

Basically you just have a multiline textbox in which can fill in their own rotation...
say (DG), IT, PS, HS, HS, DS, DC, DS, HS, HS, HS, HS, DC, HoW (I used , as seperators and spells between () were skipped in it's 2nd cycle (say elites with a lot of hp to survive the first cycle) and a smaller textbox in which people can put the MS between those casts (latency & haste dependant)... you obviously need to do some background stuff yourself for stuff that should not be done in a rotation (say making sure HoW is up in a buff face, maybe cooldowns, ghoul, interrupt checks etc as well).

I could just port it over myself, but I would probably be slacking in supporting it, but maybe it's an idea you could and are willing to put into use.

ive thought about doing something like that, the problem is for most people, a rotation is intimidating. i want everything to be as user friendly and automatic as possible.
 
Is there a way to add a rotation for those who are not intimidated? ANd if not filled out use the pre defined one?

Should work fine.... Worst case you throw up a popup warning the user that continueing with this action, requires them to be more advanced and knowing what they are doing, but again: it's just an idea. Since I simply won't use it, I also won't really care that much :x.
 
ok, fixed the pulling finaly, it shouldnt be jerky anymore, dont know if anyone cares for me to do the small update, since i think theres only 1 download so far,
 
what kind of line of sight issue, like it was fighting though the fire? or some other out of combat LOS issue? more info would be appreciated.

It just sat there. The mob was on the other side of a bonfire. It wouldn't pull it at all or change targets. Sat there for over a minute. I had problems with a mob inside a hut in the same village and manually moved to where it was reachable but generally yeah. LOS isn't working at all.

its alpha, dont expect much, ill try and fix it when i come across it. but other then that how do you think combat was going?

hawkeye is still there, i have like 5+ projects going at the moment. but Tombstone is getting new programming methods i havent used previously, like Multi-Threading, and a first for a DK CC, Rune Management building this up, and building the logic, that can not only be scalable, but will do what i need it to do.
 
sitcking alpha 2 up, the rune check system is in. and its working well, the only thing left is really spell type logic, and better rune management, then i can start expanding the specs and start working on pvp.
