[Alliance]Captured Firefly Rare Pet Farming by Tony

Maybe this is a dumb question. But I am leveling a few toons here now and just got my 1st firefly (thanks tony :) ). The firefly won't be sold when bags are full and items are vendored will it? I am using no loot filter and default HB selling.

The Firefly is in the Protected items list on this profile so it will not be vendored. :)
 
How many loots / H are you getting?
I am getting 40 / H is that good or bad for this profile.
 
Thank you for this profile Tony. Got one after 5 hours! Sold for 1500 gold. But, just a heads up for anyone using this,something is wrong with the vendor. You will get alot of grey armor and weapons grinding and it will equip all that stuff and sell whatever you got on. ( I watched it do this twice) I always have autoequip disabled. Sorry i dont have any logs to provide as this happened last week and i just thought about posting this today.

Thank you Tony...it worked great and in about 5 hours I have fireflies... I accidentally attackhed myself to 1, the other is on the AH
 
For some reason it wont start with my 81 DK... any ideas why...I see the max level is 81 same as him... I dont have a program to edit it...what can I use thats free?
 
I'm going to run this on my mage tonight. I've been testing it for about a 1/2 hour or so and am averaging around 100kills/hour and 60-70k xp/hour unrested. will report back tomorrow if I find a cage =)

...I decided to watch my bot for one more kill to see if Loot Filter was working and got a cage... SUCCESS!!!!! it was on my ~50th kill

well, heading to bed. I'll reply tomorrow if I get another one!

right click the file -> "open with" -> Notepad (or Wordpad) and edit it. I believe the max level needs to be atleast 1higher than your char's level. so change it to atleast 82 (86 if you plan to level you DK and use the profile in the future).

Thanx Tony, awesome profile, worked like a charm. Set it up, went to bed, woke up less then 6hrs later with it in my bags :) Gonna try to farm some for gold now.

this isn't workin' for me.. well with mounts enable it just runs the hotspots ignoring the mobs unless attacked and even then only sometimes it'll stop kill loot it.. i found that if i disable mounts it will kill and loot, but now it isn't mounting and going extremely slow.. is there anything i can do here to fix this?
 
gimme 10 mins to try it on my machine and i will tell you if something is wrong
