In my personal view, i think blizzard are using "new ways" to detect the bot(s) other than the usual ones.

If you've noticed, since the 3.3.5 patch a LOT of bots has been missing in action.
The materials market has been refreshed. And the usual posters on the AH decreased or even disappeared

But as i always say....you never know with blizzard

I've recovered ALL of my account that have been perma banned SEVERAL times! All you gotta do is call up blizzard and tell em your account was compromised.

I'm having no issues controlling the AH on the several servers I play on. I've noticed gold prices skyrocket recently though(well almost double to my buyer) to support your theory that the regular ah posters(botters) are getting banned and the market for herbs/ores is going crazy as well. I've just been happy the past few weeks. Reaping the rewards of higher gold prices and ah prices
