All game settings are reset! (Shortcut hotbars)

I purchased AB today and the first thing I realized, is that all my shortcut settings have been reset. I keep trying to edit my shortcut keys and closing the game normally (10 seconds wait) but my shortcut keys are not saving. Please advise. I searched these forums for shortcut and I have found no results.

I can confirm this. When you launch AB with selected character on the account manager, it will always reset your settings.

So how do you avoid/prevent/fix this?! The game is literally unplayable.

Fixed, just do not use the server+character option.

I confirm this bug is affecting me as well. VERY FRUSTRATING SETTING THE HOTKEYS UP EVERY TIME CLIENT CRASHES!

Fixed, just do not use the server+character option.

This fixed it for me too
