Akarat's Champion OOC ( always ON )

hi guys.. is there in way to let trinity cast Akarat's Champion all the time even when it's out of combat ?

thanks for the reply phez

but this one for off cooldown not out of combat

to be more specific in combat section i choose to ignore all trash further away than 0 yard

so it's always use steed charge passing throw mobs i want it to use Akarat's Champion while moving .
