Aimbot Pause

Very simple plugin that pauses the bot when you press the Tilde (~) on the keyboard. Suitable for Aimbot mode where you're actually moving the tank with WASD, so you don't want to use the PauseKeys plugin for obvious reasons.

I've not tested this, but it should work.
