Again...Why are unresolved support threads being deleted?

My previous thread was closed without me being able to respond to tell you that the thread that you linked is not the one I am talking about. The problem you linked to was of my character acting like he was stuck when he wasn't. The thread I am trying to continue is one where the user interface freezes completely. I had more than one support thread going.

I did search for the thread, and even if I go to my user control panel and check my previous threads that I have made and posted in, it is not there. The unresolved support thread was deleted before the issue was confirmed to be addressed. That is not a good thing.

Please do not be so quick to close a thread without allowing your users to respond.

Get used to it. This has been the procedures since I have been here. I once sent support 45 emails with replies from each without having my issue resolved. At which point I simply gave up.

That really sucks. I write detailed bug reports with logs attached on important issues to keep their users safe from bans etc. As a paying user, I would hope that they would appreciate the work we do.

I am completely fine with things taking time. I have experience in computer programming and know how the system works. The problem I have is when support ceases communication by closing and/or deleting threads. Those threads contain valuable information, and a broken chain of communication won't help anyone.

they just see their problems. if you cant proof this with logs and videos and pictures, they dont move. this is sparta and there is just 1 rule, the mods rule.
