Why?

Remember, before pre-patch and RoS in "report" menu we got "Report for Botting", yes? You remember that moment? Now - go to game and see that menu (right click on player-nick and check Report), here is no report for Botting, only for spam, harassment etc. They delete "report for botting" from game and from support-site. So - no auction, no rmah, no trade for legs\gold, no bans for botting. :o

1. Community is less concerned about bots, which means blizzard cares less about banning bots to maintain image
2. Game has only been out for 2 weeks. They're probably focusing on more important things than banning bots

I suspect some bans/banwaves will happen once the game settles down.

And when ladders come, there will probably be an increase in bans.

It's all about # players online.. Look for bans if numbers skyrocket, they need every online instance they can get following the release..

Bots are destroying game economy, and this is only reason why developers care about bots so much. But after ROS and removing AH there is nothing to trade..

Guess if "We don't need ppl reporting bots, we have our own system" :p

One of the ways Blizzard will catch botters nowadays, is by activity logging I believe. Also, botting in Diablo 3 now, wont provide you with anything but good gear, there's no RMAH anymore, no money to be made!
