I fully installed everything fresh and still get the same error.

i have razer synapse but it says it would only affect the wow client. I am playing on a razerblade pro so uninstalling it isn't actually an option if i want all of my laptop to work properly hopefully that is not it.

uninstall it and test it so we can be sure whats going on plz

I got mine fixed, my problem was I had the game minimized, switched to windowed to have exile buddy and poe up and it works fine.
