After 1-33 quest plugin - how are you levelling to 50 ?

Just curious how you people level after using quest plugin to 33.

I'd assume people would either do its 1 of 3 ways.

1) Manually grind out quests in both West and East factions

2) Buy Universal Fighter or Grinder and grind coinpurses.

3) Craft things items such as tier 1 cloth, plate, or leather sleeves with a vocation tonic popped while popping worker's comps.

I just buy materials and craft something with a vocation tonic

I've found that doing the daily grinds in the appropriate zone helps I Super Over Achieve each. then do purses and farm. It takes a bit of time, but works.
