I've been messing around with RAF for the past couple of days and it seems only thing Honorbuddy has been usable for is to use lazyraider for the healer when I was manually playing the other character. Just curious if there is a AFK that or more reliable leveling strategy then Dungeon buddy.

I'm wondering the same thing. I've read dozens of RAF threads and haven't found anything that is AFK.

Try dungeonbuddy on tank with FPSware's lazyboxer on the other toons.

I wouldn't bot AFK in a dungeon unless I had a full team and I can't afford that.

Hello.

You will not find any specific, or series of, things which allow for a full AFK 1-85 RAF cap questing.
Why? Because 1-85 isn't fully AFK'able questing; almost, not fully.

The way around this is to write-create your own quest behaviors for those quests that cause HB to stick.
That said, there are a few botbases/plugins that would be essential to achieve an "almost" afk experience.

I won't go into the "how" they all work together, suffice to say it takes a bit of time spent in configuration on your end.

Good luck

I can understand that limitation. But I keep reading that HB is not designed in a way that allows two RAF characters to stay synced while questing.

[Bot] Fpsware's LazyBoxer - RAF the way it was meant to be
That is designed to be used with one toon being controlled manually.

Symbiotic - The Ultimate RAF Power Leveling Solution
That requires a level 90 booster on an account that isn't RAFd. I don't have that.

Mmm, the bot isn't designed (out of the box) to work that way - truth, but that is why there are custom profiles/plugins/bot bases.
FPSware can, and has, work/ed by setting the primary account to "quest" using kicks profiles (and custom quest behaviors) as the master, and have a follower using FPSware.

As I said, it will take a bit of tweaking, it is much easier to run dungeon buddy with a healer/dps (when not a full group) for RAF levels.
It would seem you're looking for a "one option does all" solution and, unfortunately/sadly, there isn't one at this time.

I'm a retired programmer so I could probably figure it out but right now there are other things I would rather do. :)

Thanks for your help.

Lazyraider is far from working correctly even with the tank being controlled manually. The only reason why I asked for a alternative is because I have a druid healer(lazyraider) and a pally tank(played manuel) The druid ends up running a different direction, Fall off edges, Doesn't move at all, Doesn't heal, etc. I'm at lvl36 with almost 24hrs /played trying to get lazyraider to work right. I used the guide and spent many hours tweaking it for the same results.

How bad is DungeonBuddy?
The most annoying part is leveling the toons 1-15 (unable to use LFG and queue).
After the initial annoyance is completed, setting up your toons to run DungeonBuddy is failry simple.

A word of warning, tanking untended can be exceptionally risky.
I just did a break down on how to setup DungeonBuddy, for someone who was having issues with it, and you may look at it here (click me).
There are some quests that the bot will not pickup, inside of specific instances, as they can cause sticks/issues with the movement scripts.

Good luck

Does that mean you have to help out the tank a lot?

How is it risky? I think I read that you can only tank in DB when you control all party members. So getting reported wouldn't be an issue.

[edit] I took a look at your guide and see that tanking in random groups is an option and you are using it. I can certainly see why tanking afk would be risky in that situation.

I would only use DB where I controlled all party members.

The individual who was having issues with the initial setup is the one "using it". I do not condone AFK dungeon groups unless it is a full group.
There is a bit less of a risk, these days, as most players in LFG are already retarded and any mishap of the bot can be attributed to this ... but pathing issues, CC issues, it is best not to have a tank in that role (all eyes are always on it).

Well after hours of trying to get it setup right I realized that Lazyboxer is the only option. It runs so smooth and since I'm on a lower end Laptop I started HB with wow1 enabled leader plugin. Then setup wow2 with lazyboxer and stopped the HB attached to wow1. Dungeonbuddy is just another bot that they skipped in there "quantity over quality" kick.

If you want to AFK the raf's then I would go with BG's. I'm trying to get 9x 80's so by the time I'm done I'll make sure to post all the information from what I learned.
