AFK Botbase For Normal SoO Raiding?

Is there a public or premium version of a botbase for normal SoO raiding? While dungeon buddy works (if you set it on LFR raids) it does not work with mechanics or avoid them.

Not to my knowledge, no. There are no bot bases that will aloow AFK raiding. You can use Tyrael to control your rotation, but in normal and heroic raiding, it's better that you use your own CDs and CCs manually, while the routine/Tyrael control your dps rotation. With Tyrael you control your own movement, targeting, and facing.
