Advice Please?

I added a RAF account to my main's about 2 months ago but let it expire without adding a recurring payment to the account (so it's unactive). I'm wondering if I should add money to it and get it started on botting or if I should wait. I've noticed that RAF accounts have increased the likelihood of banning the account that invited them lately and I'm worried about the security of my main. I added the additional account to my arsenal for the sole purpose of botting but I don't want my main to get banned for the RAF's botting. I'm trying to bot as little as possible on my main.

Hope this makes sense. Can people give me their opinions as to what I should do? Should I even be worried? Should I just add money to it and start botting or continue to wait for the "MoP just came out omg" craze to die down?

Please post advice or how you would address this situation below. Thank you.

aka: scenario: i have 2 accounts, i pay with the same creditcard on em both...
as a part of blizzards legal team's brilliant idea; treat every customer individualy = if you're botting acc get's banned, your main is safe..
since it's against their own rules to ban you for botting on a seperate acc, i think you could even pull off making a ticket about botting on your alt acc.. (wouldn't do it tho)
