Advice on wizard or DH builds?

I have been trying to find CURRENT threads on decent builds for farming.. I have 171 paragon, and a lvl 70 DH and Wizard, I can't get either to truly sustain T1 and up, I have decent damage, decent gear

wizard is 70(172)

str:77
dex:77
int:5910
vit:4099

Damage:450k
Toughness:4.6m
healing, 19k

Demonhunter is similar, lower sustained dps but higher burst, neither can truly farm T1 much less T2+ - I see reports of people farmking T4 and I basically get 1 shotted by non elites so I'm trying to figure out if it's just my build, or settings or what.

Just looking for ways to advance is all, i'm able to farm T1 with some consistency if I use like the hell rift profile, but if I get extra elites I get beat down badly.

I mean it depends on what you're farming.. If you're looking at single target damage for stuff like Ghom then your build will be different than going for bounty/rift runs. I have two pieces of advice for you though:

1) Decide which profile you want to run and look (I mean really look) through the thread for people who have posted builds. For any of the major profiles I'm sure people have asked that question for Wiz/DH and posted builds.

2) Head over to one of the community forums and look at the popular builds floating around there. I know the wizard subreddit has a lot of useful information on what the popular builds are atm.
