Advice on upgrades for comp

Hey guys I am shopping around for a new processor, hard drive and RAM.

My current processor is: AMD Phenom(tm) 9150e Quad-Core Processor.

my case is : Newegg.com - NZXT Source 210 Elite Black Steel with painted interior ATX Mid Tower Computer Case w/ Black Front Trim

my power supply is: Newegg.com - SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze 520W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS 12V v2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

I was thinking about grabbing this for the processor: Newegg.com - Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I32120

but I was told I would probly need a new motherboard so I might go with this: Amazon.com: MSI Computer Corp. DDR3 1600 Intel LGA 1155 Motherboards (H77MA-G43): Computers & Accessories

What do you guys think?
 
I mean that's all well and good but where is your graphics card?



But seriously if you are going to get a "new" cpu you might want to at least get an i5 quad core.

Why would you get an Intel CPU? Just upgrade to a better AMD so you can keep your current mother board.

i was told intel was the way to go, I am definately open to options tho. Figured if i am going to be buying some I am looking to get something solid so i can run better.. mainly just worried about my FPS in game and what not
