Advice on new accounts

Ok so i new to the scene I dont wanna use any of my old accounts. Im headed to my friends place to create some accounts was gonna get AB for the hwid/mac changer. Ill be using a VPN to create the accounts and play on them. My question is what steps do I need to take when creating an account?

Do I just login to the VPN and then create the account? When does it mark my HWID/MAC at account creation or only when I login to glyph?

You should make sure your VPN is not a very popular one.

I tried to use Private Internet Access vpn service and was banned within minutes. lol
